popple ribbons
Popples:
Popples you say? Why yes! I do have one or two of those!
Her name is "Ribbons" and I've had her for since forever. She used to have a microphone and possibly more earrings.
She's totally punk, always has been. Apparently the popples cartoon really sucked arse, but I was never exposed to it.
drain bamage Drain Bamage:
Drain Bamage is a freakishly cute koneko I bought at a childrens clothing store called "Little Sun". It was full of all kinds of obnoxiously cute things.
robo raptor Robo-Raptor:
A certain Poteto gave me a robo-raptor for my 19th birthdax. Not that I'm complaining!
This is the closest thing you can get to a petster these days. You know? Petster Deluxe robot cats? I'd still like one but robo-raptor does rawk.
He's enticing you to play in this photo. You just try to resist.
robo raptor side At first I wasn't sure if I really wanted one, like maybe it wouldn't be as cool as it looked in the ads which I guess is why it's so cool, I set myself up for disappointment. Ha! He scares the pets. The real non-robot pets I mean. They fear him. I call him Mr. Fluffums.
chun kee Chun Kee:
Chun Kee is a Skelanimals panda.
They're a new thing, like Beanie Babies I guess, but they're all dead. There's all sorts of different cute dead animals like kittens and puppies and foxes. There's also a clothing range.
Jun bought Chun Kee for me when we were at the Armageddon Expo in Melbourne somtime around September or October 07'.
kit bag Kit Backpack:
Who could possibly resist an adorable backpack shaped like a dead kitten?
The zip is on its back and it's a lot more spacious than you might think. In the tag it came with there were some details about Kit's fear of water and favorite horror movie.
There was also a continuity error, the story on the T-shirt said Kit was a boy but the details on the bag said Kit was a girl.
kit beanie
Kit Beanie:
I got this Kit beanie for $5 at Jay Jay's on sale, apparently all the Skelanimal things are going out of style now.
I was glad I got this one because I like kittens.
I wouldn't mind getting the fox as well but that seems unlikely unless I stumble across one at a convention.
skeleanimals shorts front
Skelanimals Shorts:
These are more 3/4 pants than shorts.
I was lucky to find a pair with the bat keyring still intact. Most of them had been stolen. Whose idea was it to have an easily detatchable chain on such a cute keyring? Of course they'll get stolen!
They also came with a wallet chain, these however had a plastic tag securing them to the pants so were less likely to be stolen.
The front button on the waistband has an image of the bat engraved into it.
skeleanimals shorts back
These are really more 3/4 pants than shorts. Shorts don't go to the knees do they? That's not very short really.
They have the Skelanimals logo on the back pocket.
The studs on the belt keepers have a little "S" logo engraved onto them.
skeleanimals shorts closeup
A close-up of the logo on the pocket and the bat keyring.
The bat's name is Diego.
